Ingredients


Baked Loaf
PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY BREAD
This recipe sounded SO good to me on this snowy day.  I found it in a book that I borrowed from my dad, called The Bread Machine Cookbook by Donna Rathmell German.

Put the following in your bread machine pan in this order, for a medium loaf:

~ 1 C(up) Water
~ 1 1/2 T(ablespoon) vegetable oil
~ 1/2 C Peanut butter, I like to use chunky
~ 1/2 C Jelly or jam
~ 1 T Sugar
~ 1 t(easpoon) Salt
~ 1 C Whole wheat flour (I used regular because I was out of ww)
~ 2 C Bread flour
~ 1 1/2 t yeast

Put the bread pan in your bread machine, push the start button and enjoy the delicious smell throughout your home!
